The General Assembly of the shareholders of INCICO SpA approved a significant capital increase reserved for the subscription of Mr. Severini as new Company Shareholder.
Olivier Severini, 52 years old French nationality, with MBA and Master Degree graduation in Chemical Engineering was Managing Director at Deerns Italia and General Director at Deerns France.
From early January 2020 he joined Giovanni Monini to reinforce INCICO for this crucial expansion and development phase.

The Board of Directors of INCICO SpA, during the Board meeting on 2019 December the 5th, resolved to adopt the new Organization, Management and Control system implemented according to Italian Decreto Legislativo 231/2001 and engaged the relevant Surveillance Entity along with the Ethical Code. The selection of the new Electrical Engineering Manager at INCICO is now over: Fabio Consolini, an Electrical Master Degree Engineer 47 years old, currently covering the Head position at the Electrical Department in Ducati Energia, is having wide experience in HV and MV system for Power generation and he was previously engaged into safety and signalling projects for railways under Alstom Transport.
He will start his task at INCICO on 2020 March, once the notice period under his current Company is over.

INCICO has been awarded of the Frame Agreement under SOGIN for the Engineering services related to the Decommissiong of the ITREC Center in Trisaia (Matera). The Contract will last 24 months and will covers feasibility studies and basic and detailed design of the nuclear site Decommissioning activities.
During the current month of January LyondellBasell awarded INCICO with the PO for the Feasibility study of the SF5 Debottleneck project at Ferrara site, to increase the production capacity of the catalyst, which is used for Polypropylene production plants in the world.
The feasibility stage will be completed by next June while the following Basic and Detailed design stages will last until the end of 2021.

A long-term cooperation agreement is under definition between INCICO and the international Engineering firm SMEC – Surbana Jurong, which is having strong refernces and marketing exposure especially in Australia and Far East, for the joined development of new business opportunity in Design for Infrastructures, roads and highways, railways and ports in the Americas, North Europe and Caucasus region.

INCICO along with CEMES spa participated to the tender issued by RFI for the detailed Engineering and work execution of the modernization of the Rail station in Tortona, Italy. This tender is a first step pf a cooperation agreement entered by INCICO and CEMES, a qualified Tuscany contractor specialized in railways works.

The INCICO’s CEO Giovanni Monini, recently completed a business visit at Kuala Lumpur and in Vietnam to finalize the cooperation agreement with a local partner for the Vung Ang II Power Station Project, expected by early 2020.

Ansaldo Energia recently awarded INCICO with the Purchase Order for the Geotechnical and civil design of the new combined cycle Power Plant to be erected at Marbach, nearby Frankfurt in Germany.
INCICO submitted to Paul Wurth the last package of deliverables (arrangement and upports plan, isometrics for about 1500 lines, structural drawings and models) relevant to the Erdemir Blast Furnace Plant, as per challenging project schedule. During the conclusive meeting held with Paul Wurthe and the Client at Istanbul INCICO received appreciation and congratulation for the successful completion of the job.
